TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The participation costs must be paid prior to the start of the course or training.\u00a0If payment is not made on time, the debtor owes interest of 1% per month from the due date.\u00a0In addition, if the collection must be transferred to third parties for collection, all associated costs will be borne by the debtor.\u00a0For the most up-to-date prices, see\u00a0academy.ats-global.com\/nl\/<\/a>\u00a0.\u00a0The prices stated there are exclusive of VAT.\u00a0ATS Applied Tech Systems BV, hereinafter referred to as ATS, reserves the right to adjust prices of training courses and workshops in the meantime.<\/p>\n

Day package and lunch package<\/strong><\/h2>\n

During the training (from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) in an ATS Training Center, ATS provides a day package consisting of coffee, tea, soft drinks and an extensive lunch.\u00a0The costs of this are included in the price of the training and will not be charged separately.\u00a0If the customer selects another training location, the customer must at least provide lunch for the trainer.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Cancellation of the registration takes place by registered letter or an email to the training coordinator.\u00a0The assessment of the cancellation period and the costs will be based on the date of the postmark or timestamp of the email.<\/p>\n
