  • Managing the File System and Partitions. Use of Disk Administrator for the maintenance of hard disk partitions
  • Windows 2003 Server Network environment and protocols
  • Installing and configuring the different protocols like: NetBeui, TCP/IP etc.
  • The use of TCP/IP networks and how these can be used in theory
  • Installing, configuring and using RAS (Remote Access Service)
