Payments
The participation costs must be paid prior to the start of the course or training. If payment is not made on time, the debtor owes interest of 1% per month from the due date. In addition, if the collection must be transferred to third parties for collection, all associated costs will be borne by the debtor. For the most up-to-date prices, see academy.ats-global.com/nl/ . The prices stated there are exclusive of VAT. ATS Applied Tech Systems BV, hereinafter referred to as ATS, reserves the right to adjust prices of training courses and workshops in the meantime.
Day package and lunch package
During the training (from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) in an ATS Training Center, ATS provides a day package consisting of coffee, tea, soft drinks and an extensive lunch. The costs of this are included in the price of the training and will not be charged separately. If the customer selects another training location, the customer must at least provide lunch for the trainer.
Cancellation
Cancellation of the registration takes place by registered letter or an email to the training coordinator. The assessment of the cancellation period and the costs will be based on the date of the postmark or timestamp of the email.
Cancellation conditions and conditions for training
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the training is free of charge
- Cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of the training ATS training credits 50% of the invoiced amount
- Cancellations within 2 weeks before the start of the training will not be credited.
In all cases, after consultation with ATS, a replacement with the same training needs may be sent.
Open training sessions will take place as soon as a minimum of four and a maximum of 8 participants have registered for the training. With fewer than four participants, we can choose to cancel or move the training.
Interim termination
A refund of part of the training price is only possible if the premature termination of the training is the result of serious illness or a calamity. ATS reserves the right to request written proof of this.
Exams
If a training is followed in which an exam is taken by ATS itself, this is a mandatory part of the training. An ATS training is tested by means of a written exam, an oral exam, a practical assignment or a combination of one or more of these forms. The general exam provisions apply to all ATS exams. A copy of this can be requested from ATS. If a participant does not participate in the ATS exam, the exam costs must still be paid. If the participant follows a course that prepares for third-party exams, the participant is responsible for timely registration and/or deregistration for these exams.
The study meetings
ATS reserves the right, if, in the opinion of ATS, the number of participants is too small before the start of a course or training, to have it canceled or to move it to another time or another location. ATS reserves the right to combine training courses of a similar nature with a small number of participants. Due to changes in exam requirements or quality improvement, ATS reserves the right to change training programs in the meantime.
Study materials
All rights of the teaching material developed by ATS remain with ATS. Nothing from the publications may be reproduced, stored in an automated database or made public by means of printing, photocopying, microfilm or otherwise without prior permission from ATS. ATS reserves the right to charge additional literature costs if a program and/or accompanying literature for a course or training changes.
Other
By registering for a training or workshop from ATS, the participant agrees to these specific registration and payment conditions.
