Target Group
This course has been designed for new Mitsubishi users who wish to gain profound knowledge of the Mitsubishi systems and to develop PLC programs using the extensive and advanced functions of the GXIEC-Developer programming package.

(Pre) Knowledge
To join this course basic knowledge of programming similar PLC types and a knowledge of digital technology is advantageous. Knowledge of PC’s and MS-Windows is essential.

Global Contents
This course assumes that the FX-PLC (Compact series), system A & System Q (modular system) will be chosen. When booking this course please indicate your preferred hardware platform. During this course an initial overview will be given of the various hardware components and their functional capabilities. Before starting with the software the basic IEC 61131-3 standard is explained. GXIEC-Developer is then explained using clear examples and short practice sessions. Detailed instructions, programming methods, handy tools and tips follow to help the user properly structure, program and document the PLC program for successful implementation and maintenance.

Methods
